Accessing the ACOS Website and Member Community


Logging to the ACOS website is necessary for online activities like registering for meetings, paying dues, making contributions to the Trust Fund, viewing exclusive member only content, and accessing the Member Community to view webinars and complete resident annual reports.

You may login to the ACOS website by clicking the blue “Login” button at the very top of the screen. Additionally, activity and transaction points like registering for a meeting or accessing the Member Community, will provide the option to login, as well.

At the login area, you will be required to enter your username and password. The default username is the letters aoa followed by your AOA number, with no zero in front. For example, if your AOA number is 12345, your username would be aoa12345. The default password is your last name in all lowercase letters. For example, if your last namn e is Smith, your password would be smith.

If you have changed your username or password and do not recall it, you may have it sent to the email address we have on file for you, by selecting the forgot username/password option from the login area. Or, you may email info@facos.org or dial (800) 888-1312 for a staff member to reset your account.

Member Community


The ACOS Member Community is an area for members to enjoy online education offerings and to collaborate with peers. There are also options to submit items to ACOS like resident annual reports and poster presentations. You can access the ACOS Member Community from the homepage by scrolling down and selecting “Login” below the Member Community section -OR- by hovering your mouse cursor over “Membership” from the blue menu bar at the top of the screen and selecting “Member Community” from the dropdown. Users are required to login using their ACOS login information.

Pay Dues


Members have the option of renewing their dues online. Hover over “Membership” on the blue menu bar and select “Member Dues Renewal” from the dropdown -OR- click the orange “Dues Renewal” button at the very top of the screen (when available).

Contribute to the Trust Fund


Members have the option to contribute to the ACOS Trust Fund online. Hover over “About Us” on the blue menu bar and select “ACOS Trust Fund.”

Register for Meetings/Events


Information about events, including the option to register online, can be found by hovering over “Events” on the blue menu bar and selecting “Upcoming Events” from the dropdown. Choose the link of the event that you interested in attending. Review the details and choose the link to register online.
