ACOS Annual Resident Report
Single Accreditation Program Report

FAQ’s for Program Directors

  1. My program has applied for accreditation with ACGME. Am I still required to submit Annual Resident Reports to the ACOS?

Program Directors in programs that have not fully transitioned to ACGME will need to complete the Single Accreditation Program Report. Trainees in programs that have not fully transitioned to ACGME must complete the Resident Evaluation of the Program form. Annual Report results are shared with the AOA and AOBS. As such, if we do not receive both forms from the program director and trainee, board eligibility can be impacted.
