Registration will be held during the hours below at the Registration Desk outside the Maryland Ballroom on the Ballroom Level of the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations and requests for refunds must be received in writing to meetings@facos.org by Monday, September 11, 2017 and are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds will be offered on cancellations made after Monday, September 11, 2017. Tickets included with the registration fee are non-refundable, and there is no discount for unattended banquets and receptions and no refunds for "No Shows."
