The ACOS Fellow designation exemplifies respect and distinction within the osteopathic profession. Four products have been prepared exclusively for ACOS Fellows to portray the integrity and value of the title they have worked so hard to earn.


FACOS Certificate


This distinctive 9 1/2" x 12 1/2" certificate is ready to be framed and will be a perfect addition to your home or  office.  To order your certificate, complete the order form and mail or fax it to the ACOS with your $75 payment.

FACOS Medallion

This medallion is made of 24 karat gold plate and incorporates the ACOS emblem with crisp detailing and richly contoured engraving, hanging from a distinctive black and gold ribbon.    Complete and return this order form along with your payment.  The cost of the medallion is $399 plus $1.25 per character for personal engraving.

FACOS Regalia

Fellows must wear regalia to be in the procession that opens the College’s ceremonial conclave held during the Annual Clinical Assembly of Osteopathic Specialists. Members who receive notice that they will be inducted as Fellows at the upcoming Annual Clinical Assembly, are not eligible to purchase their regalia until after their induction ceremony.

FACOS Ring

This distinctive, custom-designed ring is crafted of 10-karat gold and incorporates a genuine black onyx or synthetic gemstone, surrounded by the lettering "American College of Osteopathic Surgeons". One shank features the ACOS logo and lettering, "FACOS", in raised relief.  The other shank displays your surgical specialty, in raised relief, with your year of induction attractively engraved over the winged caduceus.  The cost of the ring is $1,410 including personalized engraving of the Fellow’s name inside the band; Add $125 for a custom specialty order.
