2016 Annual Clinical Assembly Golf Tournament
Attendees and guests of the Annual Clinical Assembly of Osteopathic Surgeons (ACA)
are invited to participate in the 2016 Annual Clinical Assembly Golf Tournament, taking place September 21, (the day prior to the start of the conference and educational programs) at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort and Spa's Wildfire Golf Club, Nick Faldo Course in Phoenix Arizona.
The format of the tournament will be a 2-person scramble with a shotgun start at Noon. Prizes will be awarded for: Closest to the Pin (Men/Women), Longest Drive (Men/Women), Hole-In-One Challenge, Longest Putt, Duffers Champion (Highest Score) and presented at the ACOS Past Presidents’ Reception following the tournament. Registration includes greens fees, cart, range balls, refreshments prior to the outing, and entry to the reception. Rentals will be available on-site at the golf shop. Rental Clubs $60, Rental Shoes $20, plus tax. Please plan to arrive at the course check-in desk at least 30 minutes before the start of the event.
Partners will be randomly assigned, unless the full name of a requested partner is provided at the time of registration. Space is limited. Advance Registration Required, $225. Register online
